WE WANT NO BROOMS, SOAP, NOR PINS--WE HAVE NOTHING TO GIVE OLD WOMEN, OR ONE-ARMED SOLDIERS IN HIRED CLOTHES--AGENTS OF FREEDMENS RELIEF NEED NOT APPLY--NEITHER DECAYED CLERGYMEN, NOR SUPERINTENDENTS OF UP TOWN SABBATH SCHOOLS. WE ARE FULLY SUPPLIED WITH EVERY DESCRIPTION OF BLACKING, STEEL PENS & CIGARS--MARKING INK MAPS & MATCHES--WE WANT ALL OUR OLD CLOTHES--WE BUY NO DOGS--WE GO TO NO GIFT CONCERTS.

ACCORDINGLY STAY DOWN STAIRS.

We have estimated date from the context which refers to soldiers, which suggests that this might be after WW1.
