Plan Party for Nominee

Miss Caroline Crerar and Miss Agnes Climie presided at the recent luncheon meeting held by the executive of the Hamilton Women's Liberal Association in Battlefield House, Stoney Creek.

Among the plans for the fall program is a coffee party to be held in honour of Mr. John C. Munro, nominee for Hamilton West in the next federal election. A prominent member of the Legislature will be guest speaker.

A tour of the Botanical Gardens is also slated, when Grace Elton Hemingway will speak of the life of the late Mr. Thomas Baker McQuesten, who introduced the bill which set up a separate provincial board for the Royal Botanical Gardens.1
