c/o Rev. Dr. McQueen Box 12-535 TO REV CALVIN MCQUESTEN from D. McTavish Dec 2 1910 To: Rev. Calvin McQuesten Edmonton, Alberta From: 57 Breadalbane St., Toronto, Ontario My Dear McQuesten,
I am delighted to learn by marked paper received that you are to assist Dr. McQueen in Edmonton. I am sure you will be very happy in your work. Edmonton has always had a great fascination for me. If I went West I would rather go there than to any place I know. I will be glad to have a line from you letting me know about your work.
We are still in a very unsettled state here in Grosvenor St. We have decided to move out, there is a small faction in the congregation strongly opposed to it & they are causing any amount of trouble. A committee of Presbytery will be appointed next week & they will perhaps be able to allay these difficulties. But it is a hard experience & one such is enough for a lifetime.
Give my kind regards to Dr. McQueen & with very kind wishes in which Jean and the boys join.
I am Yours Sincerely
D. McTavish
