May 10 1910 Friday night
Postmarked
To: Mrs. I.B. [Isaac Baldwin] McQuesten 5 Queens's Park Toronto, Ontario
From: Gravenhurst

Dearest Mother,

Great excitement. Miss U. Waldich & Ian Chipman were married yesterday. We have got through quite a successful day and a goodly no. of things in order. Everything came in splendid shape. The man has almost finished the fixings in the verandah awning fine just has to fill in above it. Paid Mr. Graham $15.00 rent as the person who owns cottage is a little widow who always wants it in advance. Mrs. S. will settle later. Ill see Mrs. Fournier to-night. We are just going over. Carrie is a jewel. With Love. Hilda.

1 This postcard from Hilda was enclosed with letter Box 12-585.
