Dear Mr. McQuesten,

Once again I am out of Hospital and back at 27 Florence Street. I sincerely hope that I'll be able to remain in circulation this time--I'm going to try hard anyway.

Thank you for the Bosc pears you brought the last time you visited at the Hospital. They were delicious.
