1 It appears that Dr. Calvin McQuesten had some dealings with the firm of Bruce, Walker & Burton concerning various legal documents that he had signed previously. However it is not entirely clear why he might go through this firm when he was previously allowing his son Isaac, himself a lawyer, to handle these issues. It is possible, although by no means certain, that Dr. McQuesten disapproved of Isaac's handling of the situation. See Box 14-106 for a letter to Isaac from this law firm and Box 14-102, Box 14-103, W0234, W2328 and W2416 for more information and links about Dr. McQuesten's legal concerns over his will and estate.
