Dear Sir
We have instructions from your Father to revoke the trusts declared in his Deed of 13 Oct. 18731 & to declare all his estate held in trust for yourself & Calvin Brooks McQuesten provided that you & your brother Calvin enter into certain Bonds. We beg to hand you herewith proposed Deeds & Bonds for perusal on behalf of yourself & your Brother. We understand that you brother is now in Hamilton as the Deed must be executed in his presence we shall be glad to have you fix some day early next week when he can be present with yourself to witness the execution of the Deed. In the meantime kindly peruse the Deed & Bonds as drafted [?] to us that the same may be put in shape for execution.
