To: Thomas McQuesten 22 Grosvenor St. Toronto, Ontario
From: 'Whitehern'

My dearest Tom,

If all goes well expect to be in Toronto again next Sabbath. Tom Cook was much pleased with Mr. Pidgeon but he and the others and Dr. Fletcher wished me to hear him before deciding. I really could not propose to go to Mr. MacKay's so soon again. Do you think I could manage to have a room with you at Miss Oats and take meals at Mrs. Drouillard's or had I better go to the Queen's or Y.W.C.A.? Have never seen the latter do not know what it is like. Do not intend coming till eight o'clock train from here Saturday night as I want to go to a Tea at Lady Taylor's to meet Mr. & Mrs. Drummond, the new minister at St. Paul's. Is there any thing you want besides the money? Will bring that with me. With much love.

Your loving mother

M.B. McQuesten
