W-MCP2-3b.057 TO THOMAS B. MCQUESTEN ESQ. from his brother [Rev.] Calvin McQuesten
Apr 30 1908
To: Thomas Baker McQuesten 22 Grosvenor St. Toronto, Ontario
From: The Manse, Glenhurst, Saskatchewan

My dear Tom

Your letter with postal note enclosed reached me last week, and I am ashamed to have been so long in acknowledging it. But the fact is that the day after I got it, I started off on a prospecting trip for Dr. Carmichael and was away 6 days, just getting back the day before yesterday. I quite enjoyed the jaunt which took me some 50 miles to the West of here, but it has put me rather behind with my work, so I hope you will excuse me if I do not write you a letter just now. My finances are now in pretty good shape, and I trust to be able to get along without making further demands on you. Kindest regards to Sid. I will write him as soon as I can spare a moment.

Yours as ever,

C. McQ. [Calvin McQuesten]

P.S. Respects to the ladies at 22 & 37.
