Dear Sirs:

I am enclosing herewith the incomplete detail of the Dining Room to be constructed in the Tower. Could you let me have an approximate estimate exclusive of the Mechanical Trades for which we will have another drawing prepared. The following is a draught description of the finish in which your price should be based:

Panelling - rift sawn oak veneer

Partition to stair hall - hollow steel painted, with Flutex glass.

Flooring - variegated slats

Upper walls and ceiling - plaster painted.

Kitchen - finish to be enamelled with tile splash books as indicated. Counter top and serving shelves of Formica.
