W0009 TO DR. CALVIN MCQUESTEN from Roselle C. Nichols.
approximately 1830
To: Dr. Calvin McQuesten
From: Clinton New York

Dr. McQuesten,

Dr. Sir

As probably
I shall not see you again I take this method to express to you my sincere gratitude and thanks for your strict professional care and attention and more especially for those nameless little kindnesses which exist in you that disposition of head which it is mostly the esteem and respect of your fellow creatures- during the sickness of our dear little child-- And may the God whom I think we both love and adore bestow upon you his grace and the choicest blessings and may you meet with that success in your profession in which you so richly deserve-- If you should ever head through Clinton we should be happy to see you and greet you with a cordial so feast yours with respect I remain,

Roselle C. Nicholls
Of Clinton Oneida Ca N.Y.

1 This note of gratitude is from one of Dr. Calvin's patients.
