To be regular you should write to that comm. ([O Hamiman?] 14 W.25 St on 65 North Ave) of your willingnefs [sic] to take that Pos't.

I would say to them your letter to me but for the other information therein which shall be treated on you request and for which you have my sincere thanks. such matters can be known by us only as some such requests they demand and shall always receive much attention.
