Your letter rec'd on Saturday. I left N.Y. the first of July--Stayed at Newton several days and came down to Exeter on Thursday last. Shall return to the City--the last of this week or first of next--Your letter with check rec'd all right. Gave it into the Bank and suppose it was good. Have not heard anything to the contrary--I arranged for Handerson to call at the Home while I am away. 1
Shall take another trip somewhere in Aug. perhaps into Canada--or the Adirondacks Write me first of next week directing to N.Y. and I will let you know if I go up into Canada. Hoping you are having a good time.
Sincerely Yours
J.E. Janvin
