Jun 3 1873
To: Dr. Calvin Brooks McQuesten
From: Hamilton, Ontario

Dear Brother

Should have sent draft yesterday, but thought it possible I might hear from you. Probably the mails have been irregular. Will write you as soon as I hear from you. Come by all means if you can.1 Am in a hurry, & must have this mailed by two oclock [sic]. Ever your brother

I.B. McQuesten

Father wants you to pay $5.00 for Presbyterian for two years.

1 Isaac was married on June 18, 1873. In many of his letters to Calvin Brooks in the spring of that year, Isaac reminds him that his presence at the wedding is strong desired. However, Calvin Brooks did not attend, see W1380, W2408.
