Before I write our Friend Hislop suggesting the Plan of sending to a few of our Friends in Town a circular similar to the latter part of the Letter enclosed, I would ask your permission so to do I thought it you can intended to calling upon them in the Spring if agreeable we should sent them before that twice, It would save you the disagreeable unity of answering questions as to pecuniary matters [now??] with which last year you was much annoyed.
