Smith [?] Newmarket June 17th 1867 to Thomas Baker of the same village, and sold by him to the aforesaid Miss Smith July 30th 1870 for two hundred and twenty one dollars, $110.00 having been paid on the 30th July, $50.00 the 23rd August and $30.00 at the present time, the remaining $31.00 to be paid "shortly", when the deed is to be transferred to her.
