My Dearest Cal
Many, many happy returns of the day, I only wish we were down or you were up and we would give you a fine celebration.
My present will go down with Mother and will perhaps will give you a little pleasure. Was down at dentist today and had a tooth out. First I had it lanced in four places and then the roots pulled out me after the [??] it was delightful. Mother nearly wept when I returned as Tom'd not tell her where I was going. I am trying to finish a present for Ruby and fixing Mary & Mother up for Toronto so I am pretty well rushed. With very much love and best wishes, your loving sister,
Touse. [Hilda]
