W6544 TO REV. CALVIN MCQUESTEN from his sister Ruby McQuesten
Sep 27 1909
To: Rev. Calvin McQuesten Glenhurst, Saskatchewan
From:

Dear Cal,

Had decided I'd send a second note on the heels of the first in case the first went astray. So this is just to tell you the fact that Mr. McKeracher is hoping to have you preach for him here Sunday Oct. 17th--the last of his Sunday holidays.1

I had told you not to come if you think you'll be tired as I think you will after your journey. But anyway let me know as soon as possible and I'll send word to them in Hamilton as they're staying at the Blacks' on 112 Herkimer St.2 With much love.

Your affec'ate sister

Ruby

1 This follows letter No. W7635 on the same subject. It is quite likley that Ruby is eager to see Calvin, and so is especially keen to set this up.

For more information on Ruby and her treatment for Consumption (Tuberculosis), see W6135, and see her biographical sketch by clicking on "Family" on the Home Page and then clicking on her picture.

2 For McKeracher, see W6509, W6544, W6509, W-MCP6-1.421, and for the Black/McKeracher family see W6063.
