W7306 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN, from Mildred Brodie
Feb 28 1902 Tuesday Evening
To: Montreal, Quebec
From:

Dear Mr. McQuesten,

Your very kind invitation reached us to-day but again it happens that we cannot accept owing to a previous engagement.

The annual social of the Sunday School takes place to-morrow and a couple of weeks ago I promised to be at the church early in the afternoon and all evening and as there is always so much to be done on an occasion of that kind, I feel that I should do my share in making the evening pass pleasantly for the children.

Daisy is semi-invalid just now and feels that she cannot attempt a snowshoe tramp. With many thanks from both of us for your kindness in remembering us, I am,

Yours sincerely,

Mildred Brodie
