W7445 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN from Copp, Clark Co. Publishers
Nov 27 1903
To: Calvin McQuesten Macleod, Alberta
From: Toronto, Ontario

Dear Cal,

Rec'd your letter about 15 minutes ago and am giving it prompt attention. Am sending you the P. Style no. 400 at 60 cents less 2% of and the Westward in stiff leather at 75 cents as requested and the book express is 50 cents. By the way keep the price of the Style strictly on the quiet as the wholesalers are not supposed to supply them to either private individuals or Sunday schools at less than listed price so if anyone else (I mean the Mission board or whoever you may be buying for) is paying for them hold them up to full retail on all Styles. I did not think or would have mentioned this in last note.

Am glad to hear that you are getting on so famously with the riding but fancy that the sensation when falling off would be worth describing or was it done so quickly that there could be no description. One chap I knew out there said that his feeling was to hang on to the stars.
