W7504 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN from J. A. Jaffary
Aug 9 1904
To: Calvin McQuesten Stand Off, Alberta
From: Macleod, Alberta

Dear Mr. McQuesten,

I am sorry if I disappointed you in not exchanging last Sunday. The induction was postponed at L. till the 31st. This gave me much trouble securing supply & I was not sure till Friday night what was to be done. I think I can promise to exchange on the 21st if that will suit you. The only thing that may perchance prevent it is that Mr. Allison may ask me to open his church.

Thank you very much for the photos with which we were greatly pleased. You are very successful. The children were greatly delighted with Dewdney's.

Mrs. Jaffary & the children go to Mrs. Stewart's ranch to-morrow for 10 days.

With kind regards,

Yours faithfully

J. A. Jaffary

(P.S.) Have you had any further talks with Mr. Mudonan [?] re the observance of the Sabbath during the threshing season? We ought to have had a conference respecting this when we were at Presbytery.

J. A. J.
