W7518 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN from J. A. Dow
Jun 7 1905
To: Calvin McQuesten [Toronto, Ontario]
From: Gravenhurst

My dear McQuesten,

Yours of the 3rd to hand. By all means go to Students' Conference. Let Mr. Jamieson do as he can for the stations only tell him not to tax his strength overmuch.

If the plan for both to use the launch is not feasible then take the other plan. Divide the work as your judgements dictate -- the only thought was the ease of the men. I imagined the launch might do the whole work.

Re. the question of a Board meeting I suppose it is in Mr. Polls power to call a meeting. If the only purpose is to appoint Mr. Wilson when I would say it might be wiser for the Congregation to do that; will you please tell Mr. Polls that I expect to take a tour up through those parts either the last week of June or the first in July, that I will remain long enough to perfect the organization and set things in order. I will call to see him to talk things over and attend to the things he spoke of in a letter to me some months ago.

Come over to the Manse from the boat the day you go down. You cannot get out of town until the 3.15 train excepting the Muskoka Express is put on.

Did you get a letter from me this week?

Yours very truly

J. A. Dow
