W7665 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN from Edgar E. Gibson Sep 30 1907 To: Calvin McQuesten Saskatoon, Saskatchewan From: Saskatoon, SaskatchewanMr. C. McQuesten, Saskatoon,
Dear Sir,
We arrived in Town safely on the 19th, had fine weather and enjoyed the trip, hope you have the same experience. I am stopping at my Brother-in-law's, bought a team in town, have been putting up hay. I may go stook threshing for a few weeks. I would very much like to be in town when you arrive, but cannot unless it be wet weather. I won't be at carpenter work till Nov. 1st. Mrs. G. won't be going East just now may go in a week, & perhaps not till I go at Xmas.
If you have time kindly pass a few lines while in Town and let me know if Mrs. Kirkland is any the worse of her Kantankorous [sic] spell. I was sorry it happened but the true character comes to the surface sooner or later. This is all just now. We may see you in Toronto in the Winter, will write you if you give your address. Please axcept [sic] best wishes.
Edgar E. Gibson
