W7699 TO [REV.] CALVIN MCQUESTEN from Rebecca Anderson
Dec 29 1907
To: Calvin McQuesten Toronto, Ontario
From: Glenhurst, Saskatchewan

Mr. C. McQuesten,

Dear Friend,

I am going to make an attempt to acknowledge your very nice and useful gifts to mother and I. Mother is in the east looking after my brother he is not expected to live.1

I am trying my hand at house keeping and I do not like it a little bit. I can not write much because the minister is coming for tea and then I will have to go to church.

I believe you are coming back again, I expect to be on the prairie for a while this summer. Your book is very hard because Mr. J. Scott and I are getting to be great singers and nothing but Scotch. Trusting this may find you all hale and harty [sic] as it leaves those on the prairie.

Wishing you all the compliments of the season, I remain your friend,

Rebecca Anderson,
