Since you have been sending your numbers in the West perhaps you can understand to some extent. The difference is the surroundings. The feeling of utter "Alone-ness," shall I say as regards ones [?].

Therefore it is the utter quiet more than ever before through that. We are not [?] for certain for that there are many tender touches through the true old friends. Regarded in our house [final page completely illegible].
