Copy of an Order-in-Council approved by The Honourable the Lieutenant-Governor, dated the 8th day of March, A.D. 1943. The Committee of Council advise that during the absence of the Honourable Gordon Daniel Conant, the powers and duties belonging to the President of the Council be assigned and transferred to the Honourable Thomas Baker McQuesten and in the latter's absence to the Honourable Norman Otto Hipel.
