Dear Madame

Your letter ordering the Piano was duly rd [sic] and I hereby annex a bill of one of the style and price you desire hoping that it may give full satisfaction on its arrival I shall forwd [sic] it as you direct tomorrow. Haughvant thinks the dining sett [sic] will be ready in about two weeks if they have the good luck not to break any of the pieces in procefs [sic] of lettering. We shall be most happy to accept your kind invitation to visit you this summer should we go west and Mrs Warrens health advise her health is much the same as when you were here. She desires our affectionate remembrance to you.
