W8742 TO REV. CALVIN MCQUESTEN from his mother, Mary Baker McQuesten
Dec 19 1913 [approximate date]
To: Rev. Calvin McQuesten 'The Manse' Bracebridge, Ontario
From: 'Whitehern', Hamilton

Dearest Calvin,

You are to remember that we have got the Card Album for Hilda. So you will not have to look for that in Toronto, but I am enclosing a dollar so you can buy 3 boxes of Burger's Candies, if you happened to be up town and have plenty of time but do not rush yourself in order to get there, for it is not important. There are two trains by G. T. R: 4:32 and 4:40 both Express but the one at 5:30 takes hours to get here, one at 6:05 is an Express, thought I'd warn you. As I have not heard since my last protesting letter, family declare you are offended with me, but I cannot think So. Take care of yourself, dear, and do not take midnight train. With much love.

Your Mother

M.B. McQuesten
